Jack’s Barn is always looking for quality vendors wishing to sell antiques, home furnishings and collectibles to share our space.   We are also seeking a variety of quality restoration specialists to share this great space. Our current business hours are Thursday through Sunday 10am-5pm and Mondays by chance.  Jack’s is soon to become a destination location providing something for everyone’s budget, without sacrificing quality

Currently we have refurbished much of the interior cosmetically.  We currently have 18 vendors and are still growing!  A computer system tracks inventory by dealer and tracks customer sales. Disbursement of funds to members will be on a monthly basis after rent is paid.

First and foremost is the great location! Our great old historic building is located on a busy rural highway, State Route 31, with excellent exposure. It is highly visible and conveniently located within 20 minutes of Interstates 78 and 80 making it accessible not only to the local area but convenient to out of state residents as well. The area boasts roadside eating establishments, great old diners, other antique shops, a local weekend flea market and great out door activities which draw people to the area.

Dealer time is not essential as we have trained and experienced sales associates to assist in making a purchase a memorable one.

Security is another reason. Our building is equipped with a security system which is centrally monitored for both fire and theft so that you can feel safe that your valued inventory is secure.

Particulars for renters:

·  Rent will include advertising, power supply to the rented area, and rest room availability

·  you will need to provide your own insurance (specified in rental lease) and provide proof to Jack’s Barn of said insurance

·  a 5% fee will be paid to Jack’s Barn on all sales in addition to rent

·  Antiques in good saleable condition at reasonable market prices are permitted

·  Reproductions are acceptable as long as they are marketed/sold as such
 

A full lease explaining the aforementioned and specifics of terms will be provided prior to a commitment allowing the perspective renter time to review.

At the time of signing, the renter will receive a fully executed copy of the agreement. Also at that time, a sum of one and one-half month’s rent will be due for security purposes. The funds will be deposited into a standard depositor’s interest bearing savings account. Rents are due the first of the month unless otherwise negotiated.
